By continuing to use the Wathaq application, the user accepts the following terms and conditions, which may be amended periodically to enhance service quality. Any violation of this agreement by the client/user may result in account suspension without prior notice and may not be eligible for refunds in certain cases.
Our goal is to provide collectors of luxury brands with a safe and secure platform to buy, sell, and auction luxury goods. We also aim to build the first social platform dedicated to luxury brand enthusiasts, allowing collectors to showcase their collections and follow each other to stay updated on the latest trends. We are committed to our customers, adhering to the highest standards of security, trust, and convenience. We aspire to be not only the largest online marketplace for luxury products but also the most appealing.
The authorized registrant (client/user) must provide accurate and valid information. Registration implies complete acceptance and understanding of the application’s registration terms and conditions. For security purposes and to complete registration, the seller (business owner) must provide the brand, official national address, and tax certificate to ensure security for all parties involved. Individual sellers must provide a copy of a valid identification document (National ID/Residency Permit/Passport). Users must demonstrate seriousness and must possess full legal capacity to enter into contracts. Sellers are obligated to present products realistically, free from any fraud or deception, ensuring the items are original and legitimate. The seller bears full responsibility if proven otherwise. Buyers must provide feedback on the product within 24-48 hours of receipt, after inspection and verification. Both the client/user must provide accurate contact details, including a verified email and a valid communication number, which may have legal implications.
Seller fees are as follows: An 8% commission on the sale price of the product, in addition to 1.75% + 1 SAR transaction processing fee. The payment processing fee applies to the subtotal, VAT, and shipping costs paid by the buyer for a specific order. VAT will be applied to the commission and brokerage fees, deducted from the seller's profits after the sale is completed. The seller acknowledges acceptance of this rate and understands that the amount will be disbursed after deducting the applicable fees for ZEEDLIVE. The seller also acknowledges that ZEEDLIVE may adjust the commission rate based on market conditions.
ZEEDLIVE allows customers to purchase products according to the displayed and approved specifications. However, the responsibility for compliance lies with the buyer upon receiving the product. If the product does not match the description, the buyer has the right to return it and obtain a refund within 14 business days. The ZEEDLIVE team verifies products, images, and videos before listing them on the platform. The final verification responsibility rests with the buyer, who must inspect the product upon delivery and notify ZEEDLIVE within 48 hours.
Payments are processed through ZEEDLIVE's escrow service, where funds are held for 48 hours after the product is delivered. This allows the buyer to inspect the product, ensuring that funds remain secure until confirmation. After 48 hours, payments are released to the seller. ZEEDLIVE provides insurance options for products during shipping, covering total or partial loss. If the buyer chooses not to insure the product, they bear the shipping risks and cannot hold ZEEDLIVE responsible.
ZEEDLIVE is not liable for any losses or damages suffered by users due to the use of the platform. Clients/users are solely responsible for their accounts and all content displayed, including images, videos, and live streams. ZEEDLIVE does not act as an agent for the users and will not be liable for any breaches of the terms and conditions.
While ZEEDLIVE strives to provide a secure buying and selling platform, it shall not be liable for delays in receiving or delivering products due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
ZEEDLIVE offers a money-back guarantee if the received product does not match its description or if it is not delivered within the buyer's protection period (48 hours). If a buyer claims that a product is not original, they must provide evidence for ZEEDLIVE to hold the product and prevent its transfer to the seller. Failure to provide evidence allows ZEEDLIVE to release the funds to the seller without liability. Buyers must report any issues with the product within the specified return period, or they forfeit their right to request a return.
Applicable Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to these terms will be resolved through the courts in Saudi Arabia, specifically in Jeddah, after exhausting amicable resolution methods. Force Majeure: Parties are not liable for losses or damages due to events beyond their control, provided they take reasonable precautions to mitigate the effects.
